Get the right help
If anyone is trapped, injured, or unable to leave a room, call 911 first. A website cannot tell whether a door is safe to use. A door off its track can fall. Keep people and pets clear of it until someone has looked at it.
What to have ready when you call
- The property address and which door it is
- What you are seeing and hearing, and when it started
- Whether the door is blocking an exit
- Photos, if it is safe to take them. Jeff will ask for more.
