What Jeff’s customers said about the install, the schedule, and the follow-up visits.
Pantry slider · BentonvilleSpring
“Jeff arrived twenty minutes early and spent them looking at our doorway from the street. He said he wanted to see it in its natural light. It was a Tuesday.”
Bedroom walnut X-brace · RogersSummer
“Great work, and he brought brisket. He also stayed to hear the door close. All the way, twice. Then he asked if we could try it once more together.”
Replacement · FayettevilleWinter
“My old door went with Jeff. He said it was no trouble, that he has the room. I get a card from the door at Christmas. I think it is from Jeff.”
Hardware install · SpringdaleFall
“The track is perfectly level. Jeff checked it with a level he called Lenny. He told Lenny it did a good job. Lenny did not reply, which Jeff seemed to understand.”
Double French glass · BentonvilleSpring
“He told us three times he is from Dallas. The door is wonderful. It is also, he points out, bigger than anything you would find in Arkansas. He is right. We measured.”
Adjustment · CentertonWinter
“Four months on, he still stops by every other Sunday to see how the door is doing. We tell him it is fine. He says, “Mind if I just listen?” We have started leaving the porch light on.”
